Jackson Fence Company, LLC is seeking the right candidate for the crew installer position. This person will be coachable, teachable, and easy to work with. The best candidate will have a desire to learn the trade and become a reliable asset to the installation crew. This job is full-time and will handle fence installation primarily in the area of West Tennessee. 

A Day in the Life of a Fence Installer

As a fence installer, you wake up bright and early each workday, excited to join the crew, dig in, and do quality work. Our work day begins promptly at 6:30 am. You will take direction from the crew leader and begin the process of loading your truck, securing your load and traveling to your jobsite.  Every job will be in a different location, but the day will always begin and end at Jackson Fence Company headquarters. 

Every new job comes with new plans, specs, and customer-specific expectations. The ability to follow direction and adapt to different situations is paramount. 

Job Qualifications

• Class A driver's license REQUIRED
• Excellent listening skills
• Time management
• Amazing work ethic, physically strong and able to work a full shift in the elements
• Are you driven and focused on producing quality work? Do you enjoy working with your hands? Do you enjoy working outside?

$16-18 per hour
